Sophia Gottlick
Sophia currently serves as the Director of Operations and Special Projects at Interfaith Alliance, where she leads donor engagement, coordinates in-person and virtual events, manages internal processes, and facilitates the organization’s internship program.
Sophia is originally from Rockford, Illinois, and holds an M.S. in Management from Wake Forest School of Business. She brings a diverse range of experience across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on operations management, executive support, and event coordination.
During her undergraduate studies at Gustavus Adolphus College, Sophia worked in the Chaplains Office, where she had the opportunity to develop and lead multifaith programming for students, faculty, and staff. It was through this work at Gustavus that she discovered her deep appreciation for interfaith dialogue and community-building.
She now lives in Dallas with her wife and two dogs, Dolly and Goose. Outside of work, Sophia finds joy in cooking for friends, curating playlists, and practicing yoga as a way to recharge and stay grounded.
