Amy Ashley
Amy Ashley is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with deep expertise in organizational design, strategic culture building, and leadership development. With a passion for creating thriving, people-centered workplaces, Amy has helped organizations grow by aligning talent strategy with business goals. She also serves as the lead Teaching Fellow for University of Pennsylvania’s Design Thinking for Social Innovation program. Beyond the workplace, Amy is a dedicated community organizer and Lead for the Interfaith Alliance of Peoria, a grassroots organization promoting compassion, connection, and local impact. A lifelong volunteer and community builder, Amy brings heart and strategy to every endeavor.

Interfaith Alliance Opposes House Tax Bill That Threatens Tax Status for Charities, Churches, and Nonprofits
Interfaith Alliance was one of more than 200 organizations that signed a statement opposing legislation allowing the Secretary of Treasury the ability to accuse any nonprofit of being a “terrorist supporting organization” without basic due process.
